SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT
PARTIES
ADSWIPE LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Florida with its principal office at 3833 Powerline RD Suite 201 Fort Lauderdale, Florida, US 33309 United States of America (the “Provider”), and the Subscriber (the “Customer”).
1. SCOPE PF SERVICES
1.1 The Provider grants the Customer access to a private premium group ('Premium Group') offering sports tips, analyses, and related content.
1.2 The Provider does not operate a gambling service, accept wagers, or guarantee winnings. The content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
2. TERM OF SUBSCRIBTION
2.1 The subscription term is three (3) months starting from the date of purchase.
2.2 The subscription will automatically renew for successive one (1) month periods, unless the Customer cancels at least seven (7) days before the end of the current term.
2.3 The Provider reserves the right to adjust subscription fees upon renewal, with prior notice to the Customer.
3. FEES AND PAYMENT
3.1 The subscription fee for three (3) months is AmountX €
3.2 Payment is due in advance via the Provider’s designated payment methods (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Credit Card).
3.3 All fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer protection law.
4. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
4.1 The Customer confirms that he/she is at least 18 years old.
4.2 The Customer shall not share access to the Premium Group with third parties.
4.3 The Customer agrees not to rely on the information as financial or gambling advice.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
5.1 All content provided by the Provider is protected by copyright.
5.2 The Customer may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without prior written consent of the Provider.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1 The Provider makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or results of the content.
6.2 The Provider shall not be liable for any losses incurred through the use of the information provided.
7. DATA PROTECTION
7.1 The Provider processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://www.boostroll.com/privacy
7.2 By entering this Agreement, the Customer acknowledges and accepts the Privacy Policy.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
8.2 Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
9. FINAL PROVISIONS
9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties.
9.2 Amendments must be made in writing.
9.3 If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
By completing the subscription payment, the Customer agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
