1. INTRODUCTION
 

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the premium services offered by ADSWIPE LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Florida, USA (the "Provider"). By subscribing to our services, you (the "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.
 

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
 

2.1 The Provider grants the Customer access to a private premium group ('Premium Group') offering sports tips, analyses, and related content.
 

2.2 The Provider does not operate a gambling service, accept wagers, or guarantee winnings. The content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

3. TERM OF SUBSCRIPTION AND RENEWAL
 

3.1 The initial subscription term is three (3) months, starting from the date of purchase.
 

3.2 After the initial term, the subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis at the standard rate, unless cancelled by the Customer.
 

3.3 The Customer may cancel at any time after the initial term with one (1) month's notice.
 

4. FEES AND PAYMENT

5.1 The Customer confirms that he/she is at least 18 years old.
 

5.2 The Customer shall not share access credentials or distribute content to third parties.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY​

6.1 All content provided by the Provider is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

6.2 The Customer may not reproduce, resell, or otherwise exploit content without prior written permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY​

7.1 The Provider makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or results of the content.

7.2 The Provider shall not be liable for any financial losses or damages incurred through the use of the services.

8. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY​

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)​

9.1 EU customers have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of the contract.

9.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify the Provider by email.

9.3 If access to the Premium Group begins immediately after purchase, the Customer expressly agrees to waive the statutory right of withdrawal once access has been provided.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

10.2 Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

11. FINAL PROVISIONS

11.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Parties.

11.2 If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.

11.3 By completing the subscription payment, the Customer confirms agreement to these Terms.
